The Origin

DADA was born from the meeting of two complementary visions: the enthusiasm and drive for innovation of young winemakers, and a deep respect for the winemaking traditions of Monferrato.

Everything began with the purchase of a small winery nestled among the vineyards, surrounded by a single large plot of land. The history of that place, its unique location, and its authentic connection to the territory inspired us to create something of our own.

From this inspiration came a project that looks to the future without forgetting its roots: to produce wines that genuinely express the character of the grapes and the land from which they come, through careful vineyard management and intentionally limited production.

We believe that quality is born from the balance between technical expertise and respect for nature. For this reason, every decision we make—from vineyard to bottle—is guided by the desire to enhance what the land offers us, without compromise and without shortcuts.

Each vintage will be different, and every production limited, because our goal is not to standardize wine, but to tell the story of its origin.
